At the Kleine Zeitung Wörthersee Half Marathon, top athletes from all over the world take part year after year. To reward the outstanding performances in the race, prize money is awarded to the top 8 international runners and the fastest 5 national athletes.
To qualify for the international prize money, men must run a time under 1:05:00, and women must run under 1:14:00.
